Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love your purchase, but we understand that sometimes it doesn’t work out. If you aren’t satisfied with your purchase, all inquiries for a return or exchange must be initiated within 7 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return or exchange, all items must be in their original condition.
Products that are on Sale, Promotion, or Discounted are final sale. No returns or exchanges will be accepted.
Return or Exchange Shipping
The customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with the return or exchange. Please allow 5 to 7 business days to process your return or exchange once it’s been received and reviewed. You will be notified via email once the refund has been processed.
If you are shipping multiple items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or to purchase shipping insurance. We are not responsible if the returned package is lost.
In the unfortunate event that your product arrives damaged, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery. We will send you a replacement free of charge or you can choose to be refunded for the damaged item.
