Returns & Exchanges
Returns and exchanges will be accepted within 7 days of delivery, provided that the candle has not been used and is in the same condition that you received it in. The buyer is responsible for all shipping costs.
In the unfortunate event that your product arrives damaged, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery. We will send you a replacement free of charge or you can choose to be refunded for the damaged item.
